Kids nowadays are more appealed to video game, so we cooperated with an elementary school STEM project and chose Hill Climb Car Racing game to help students learn Vehicle Physics Science and STEAMS spirit with play mode. Technology is on motor vehicle applications. Based on the engineering, the authors chose Jeep and countryside stage. Authors pre-designed car equipment level, and would like to determine which equipment or which two equipment are most important and efficient to get the most distance and most coins in countryside stage. We also would like to investigate the relationship among player characteristics, practice experience, and game performance. Car racing mechanism includes many physics such as Energy/Power, Springs/Suspension, Momentum, Friction, and Kinematics. Graphical analytics, multivariate statistics, DSD DOE techniques will be used to determine a model of most efficient equipment setting and return of investment. “STEAMS” methodology is a very good way to teach students critical thinking and very powerful to help conduct the Scientific Research.
